The purpose is "Rushing for Life", the non profit organization geared at proving valuable resources and outreach to those with health and life disparities.  Their mission this month is "Breast Cancer Awareness" and they urge women  especially those with a family trait to do their self exams and to get their mammograms particularly  if you've noticed something that is not normal during your exam. You can visit their wellness area for criteria guidelines or visit the American Cancer Society.  Their website is http://www.rushingforlife.com.  Pause for the Cause and donate.  Get this message out especially to people of color.  They are dying at a rate that is drastically disproportionate for many reasons.  RFL is currently doing  research studies to find out why this is happening and providing outreach programs.  You can donate to their cause because everyday someone is still dying from this disease.
